Texas Barber + Cosmetology Records · Issue I

Every licensed barber, salon,
school & CE provider
in Texas.

A clean, county-keyed CSV of 72,822 active TDLR records — phone-formatted, address-parsed, deduped against TDLR’s public feed and refreshed daily. Made for marketing teams, distributors and B2B reps who need to actually use the data, not parse it.

§ I — Inside the file

A column for every question your sales team will ask.

Open the CSV in any spreadsheet. Each row is one TDLR-licensed business or school. No SQL, no scraping, no joining four datasets to find the phone number.

  • Filter by county, license type, or expiration date
  • Pivot in Excel, paste into HubSpot, dial from the comfort of your CRM
  • Phone numbers in (XXX) XXX-XXXX format

§ II — Same source, less work

The TDLR feed is free.
Using it isn’t.

We pull the same records from data.texas.gov that anyone can. Then we do the four hours of cleanup that nobody wants to do twice.

§ IV — Questions

Things buyers ask before
they click the button.

If we missed yours, the support address is at the bottom of every page. We answer in hours, not days.

  1. Refreshed daily from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s public Socrata feed (data.texas.gov/dataset/TDLR-All-Licenses). The CSV you receive at purchase reflects the most recent sync — typically within 24 hours of TDLR’s own update.

  2. Each link is good for 24 hours and 5 downloads. If you miss the window, reply to your order email — we’ll regenerate a fresh link at no charge. We keep your purchase on file indefinitely.

  3. Because the file is delivered immediately, all sales are final once the CSV has been downloaded. If something’s wrong with the file or you didn’t receive it, write us within 7 days and we’ll make it right or refund in full.

  4. Use it for your own outreach, marketing, research, or product. You may not resell or redistribute the file as a stand-alone dataset to third parties. The underlying records are TDLR public data — what you’re paying for is the cleaning, formatting, and continuous refresh.

  5. Category · License Type · License Number · Business Name · Owner · Address (with line 2) · City · State · Zip · County · Business Phone · Owner Phone · License Status · License Expiration. 15 columns, ready to filter or import.

  6. You can. The raw Socrata feed is free. What you’re buying here is: license types resolved to plain English categories, phone numbers normalized, addresses parsed, mailing-vs-business deduped, and only the rows relevant to barber/cosmetology outreach. About 4–8 hours of cleanup work, baked into a $29 or $99 file.
